The large US consumer electronics retailer Best Buy has announced it will open its first UK megastore in Thurrock this May, with further stores opening in Southampton, the West Midlands and Liverpool a few weeks later. Best Buy pride themselves on a high level of service provided by fully trained staff. Who they claim are able to offer Impartial technical advice as the staff do not work for commission. The company aim to offer the consumer a fantastic choice of specialist products with system prices ranging from £2000 to £20000, as well as a home installation service and full 24 hour technical back up. Paul Antoniadis, CEO of Best Buy Branded Operations, says:"We are here to make buying technology simple, exciting and tailored to each of our customers".
